Our principal, Jim Durbin, meets with your internal teams and/or vendors on a regular schedule of Zoom meetings to work on live campaigns and put out fires.

Our services are vendor neutral - we focus on results you decide on, and then make sure you get the reporting that justifies your budget.

The Friendly Advisor: $1,000 month

Tier 1 is a monthly subscription, designed for senior TA leaders who want to consult with an industry expert or keep an eye on current campaigns. A fresh set of eyes, or a planner to evaluate tech stacks during budget season is your goal here.

If you want to talk through industry gossip. evaluate a deck, or ask questions without embarrassment, this is for you. No commitment, but we’re not signing SOWs and chatting with finance.

Recruitment Marketing Audit: $10,000

You know you have problems in your process and tech stack, but you need someone to walk through at every level and figure out what needs to be fixed.

This includes tech stack analysis, campaigns, ATS audits, vendor meetings, and a comprehensive report you can rely on. This requires access to your systems and time with your people.

We’ll assess the health of your stack, talk through AI and vendor recommendations, and give you identify what you have to change, what you could change, and what risks you are currently facing.

The Full Monty - $60,000-$120,000

This is how you transform your recruitment marketing. I’ll need full access, your trust, and you’ll get a system that merges advertising, sourcing, tech, finance, and AI in one program.

The Full Monty is a long-term contract with Scope of Works, access to your internal systems, work with your vendors, and our principal’s full attention.

It’s pretty simple to understand. This is the package where you say what your goals our, and we work to fulfill them.
