This tier is designed to build capacity in your internal team, working on live campaigns and tech problems with your brightest employees. The service is a twice a week Zoom call with one or more staff members, working on live campaigns. Talent Developer series is a monthly subscription, but designed to build capacity over 3-6 months. This package includes a monthly strategy call with leadership.
This tier is the core of the new service. I settled on the price point and the idea because headhunting recruitment marketing professionals would be very difficult because of the supply, while training up contractors to manage campaigns would have required taking on investment. With this, I can offer an affordable, easy to use method of teaching what I know to the next great generation of internal TA professionals. And we do it the correct way, which is working on live problems over time. You can’t show someone how a business works and expect instant mastery. They have to see it, understand, try it on their own and fail, and learn to work around the roadblocks. That takes time. This is the style of training and consulting that did the most good in the 20 years I’ve been managing and training people. And it’s an easy swipe to get it started.
