OUR SERVICES

Our principal, Jim Durbin, meets with your internal teams and/or vendors on a regular schedule of Zoom meetings to work on live campaigns and remove current sources of pain. All subscriptions are monthly, with no long-term commitment.

The Friendly Advisor: $1,000 month

Tier 1 is an hour weekly subscription, designed for senior TA leaders who want to consult with an industry expert or keep an eye on current campaigns. A fresh set of eyes, or a planner to evaluate tech stacks during budget season is your goal here.

The Talent Developer: $2,000 a month

Tier 2 is for leaders with a bright employee who needs twice a week coaching services to bring them up to speed. This tier is designed to build and manage campaigns with programmatic needs, multiple tech vendors, or advanced campaign creation and objectives. If you can’t find an experienced hire, or want to upskill your staff, the Talent Developer series is a monthly subscription, but designed to build capacity over 3-6 months working on live campaigns. In addition to twice a week Zoom calls, this includes a monthly leadership call.

The Results Package: $4,000 a month

Tier 3 is for when your house is on fire. You have severe technical problems, rampant overspending, or need to launch with a new technology and you want to make sure everything goes smoothly.

While still a monthly subscription, this package includes up to 20 hours a month of campaign oversight, internal HRIS meetings, and vendor meetings. The package is designed to put out the fire, then move to a lower tier.

Endorsements and Testimonials

Jim and I have worked together for over a decade at the intersection of digital marketing and recruiting. We've shared clients, swapped stories, bounced ideas around, talked each other off the ledge, and most important, we delivered results for the people who trust us to show up every day. This Respondable model he created is a great fit for his talents, and the current needs of the industry.

— Craig Fisher, CEO and Principal Consultant at TalentNet Media

Jim hired me for my first role in recruitment advertising, introducing me to the tech stack and giving me the freedom and the space to improve it. Today, he delights in calling me a peer - it's just in his nature to celebrate the growth of the people he works with.

— Owen Shirk, VP, Programmatic Media, Global Talent Attraction

Think of Jim Durbin as the recruiting industry’s Seth Godin. Once nicknamed the social media headhunter, his core competency is working with digital natives in marketing and technology. He understands how employees react to change, giving him the ability to strategize and execute sound hiring decisions across multiple industries.

— David Perry, executive search headhunter and author of Hiring Greatness

Jim has been a fantastic mentor. Early in my career, Jim trained me on the key components of sourcing and screening. Over the course of two years, as the positions I worked on grew more complex, he continued to provide me with new tools and tactics that matched my experience.

Jim's greatest strength is his innovation. He perceptively identifies what success looks like to an organization, and then creates processes that move a laundry list of "to do's" to "to done's."

— John Capello, HCSS, Regional Sales Manager

Jim's engaging training sessions and personalized coaching have left a lasting impact on our team members, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

What sets Jim apart is his innate ability to adapt his training methods to the specific needs of our organization. He took the time to thoroughly understand our unique challenges and goals, tailoring his approach to address our specific requirements. This level of customization resulted in a highly effective training program that directly addressed our pain points and delivered tangible improvements in our team's performance.
